Editing guidance
Default items follow Elaine Gould's Behind Bars(Faber Music, 2011). Each item is paraphrased in your own voice with a page reference — never quoted at length, never reproducing her diagrams or tables. When you add or rewrite an item, cite the relevant page if you can; if it's your own coaching that departs from Gould, write "Saad's coaching" in the reference field. How edits propagate:changes here apply to every fellow's view of the checklist on their next page load. Pieces already in Hi-res draft phase keep their existing completion state per item — if you add a new item, it shows as unchecked. Fellows see a small "Saad updated this checklist" badge on new items for one week so they don't miss the change.
